Where your money goes
  1. Deposit moves USDC from your wallet into your own Phoenix trader account. Perps Launchpad never holds it.
  2. An isolated order moves order value / leverage from your cross account into a subaccount for that position. A cross order uses the cross account as margin.
  3. Win: the profit settles into that collateral. Close the position (manually, by take profit or stop loss) and the collateral plus profit returns to your cross account. Withdraw sends it back to your wallet as USDC.
  4. Lose: the loss comes out of the collateral. If the mark reaches the liquidation price Phoenix closes the position and the collateral of that subaccount is gone, never more (isolated). Cross positions share the cross balance.
  5. Fees: Phoenix 0.035% taker / 0.005% maker, plus a 0.10% builder fee that funds the Perps Launchpad treasury. Funding settles hourly between longs and shorts.
